Camping Pork Chops



ingredients :

4 - 6 bone-in pork chops
1/8 C. soy sauce
1/8 C. olive oil
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T. whole grain mustard
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

How to Make it :

Place the pork chops in a ziploc bag. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour into the bag. Seal and place in the fridge for 2 hours before grilling. Heat the grill the med. high heat and place the chops on the grill. Cook for 6 minutes then turn and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
