ingredients :
2 C. cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
3/4 C. chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
1/4 C. dried cranberries, chopped up
3 T. mayo
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
flour tortillas or sandwich bread
How to Make it :
In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
