Ingredients
2-3 tbsp. white vinegar
½ cup butter , melted
salt
1 baguette , thinly sliced and toasted
fresh radishes , thinly sliced
fresh chives , finely chopped
Instructions
1. Prep the vinaigrette: melt the butter in a microwavable bowl, and then whisk together with the vinegar and salt; taste and add more vinegar and/or salt to your preference.
2. To assemble the crostini, spread some goat cheese onto each slice of toasted baguette and shingle with a few coins of radish. Plate the crostini on their serving piece and then spoon the vinaigrette over the top of all of them. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped chives and serve immediately.
