Perfect Vegan Pesto




INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Basil
½ Cup Walnuts
1 Clove Garlic
½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
To Taste Sea Salt
To Taste Pepper (black and white)

DIRECTIONS

1. Pulse basil, walnuts, and garlic just a few times until coarsely ground.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse again, for 1-2 second intervals until you reach your desired consistency.
